Fear

Please pray for me, sometimes I have an intense overwhelming fear of becoming possessed or encountering ghosts. I hate the feeling, it's really scary, and I think every little noise could be a ghost/demon and there is nowhere safe to hide. Please pray for other people who have this fear too. Thank you.

Why would you want to hide? If you're a christian demons should be afraid of you. When I walk into a place, the demons better get out! With the Holy Ghost we have that kind of power over the enemy. Somewhere in hell there should be a demon in a forum typing something like...."I am soooo scared. Every where I go there is some Holy Ghost filled Christian casting me out. They're too powerful for me. Help!!!!" LOL. I used to be afraid of ghosts until I got saved and realized that they were just demons and that I could stomp all over them.

Observer, you might want to wander into the deliverance area of the forum and see some of the conversations going on there. Jesus did give believers the authority to drive away demons, and many of us swear by it! It might seem a stretch to believe they exist, but if you somewhat believe in ghosts, it shouldn't be much different.

In the name of Jesus of Nazareth, Son of God, Lamb of God, I bind all spirits coming against Observer. You will not harrass, discourage, frighten or wear down Observer.

And God, open Your arms wide to Observer so he or she can hide in your embrace. Protect, encourage, bring peace, and stand by Observer's side at all times. Answer the plea for others who have this same fear, and bring peace and understanding... thank you for observer's concern for others.​
