I'm not saying they're wrong. It might be a Russian disinformation operation. But as we learn more about it, it does look incredibly amateurish. More Pillow Guy/Rudy Giuliani than FSB.Take that up with those 50 former intelligence officials who are supposed to be experts.
That's a pretty low bar you set there. The laptop hoax was enough to fool most of the GOP.
Joe Biden is never mentioned in any way in this document that you are quoting from.We have plenty of bank records that show that the Biden family was in cahoots with Chinese business people that were, in turn, connected to the Communist party," Johnson said.
It doesn’t concern you that they could buy Influence by making his family rich?Joe Biden is never mentioned in any way in this document that you are quoting from.
It seems like all those "investigations" end up crashing on the same rock, doesn't it?Joe Biden is never mentioned in any way in this document that you are quoting from.
Everything still points to it being Russian disinformation."Russian disinformation" when it actually wasn't.
The two days or whatever it was that social media tamped down on it were due to concerns over disinformation and October Surprises. That's exactly what the supposed laptop full of hacked data was.But everyone knows the laptop story was suppressed and discredited without basis because it was unfavorable to Biden.
The credibility issue is hilarious. Let's say Don Jr was drunk and supposedly dropped off three laptops in a random Manhattan computer repair shop owned by legally blind Biden supporter who supposedly finds salacious images on them, makes a copy of the data and passes it along to Mark Elias and Cenk Uygur. The Conservisphere would be shrieking hoax and set-up at the top of their lungs. The relevant part of your article just comes do who is more believable. The store owner or Parnas, who has been indicted for bribery?
"John Paul Mac Isaac (store owner): An unknown man dropped off three damaged laptops at his store in April 2019, then did not return to claim them. Isaac surmised the laptops belonged to Hunter Biden, but he could not reach him to return the devices. So he made copies of the hard drives and shared them with an attorney for Giuliani, according to accounts he gave the New York Post and other news outlets. He also at some point engaged with the FBI, though he has given conflicting accounts of whether he first contacted the bureau or vice versa."
He's never admitted it was his laptop. You might wan to read the filings in the lawsuits over the data.At any rate, what we do know is that the major media circled the wagons to discredit this story as long as possible before Biden himself admitted that it was his laptop.
If it was Don Jr.’s laptop the media would have never questioned the authenticityEverything still points to it being Russian disinformation.

There’s plenty of evidence linking Biden’s family to large payments. The defense has been that they were not payments to Joe Biden.Evidence of such would be more concerning, rather than a hoax laptop.
That's another unsupported claim: somebody (we don't know who) is bribing Biden (with what funds, through what channels?) by sending money to somebody other than Biden, in exchange for political favors (what favors?) when Biden was out of office.See post #153
And the fbi said nothing was there. Just Russian disinformation. So we are back to a claim by an anonymous source, to the FBI. Yes, the informant had given good information before but the informant claimed he could not verify this information at all -- and at least one source for this was Giuliani. Giuliani had the hard drive, allegedly from the laptop, in June and allegedly had seen the "big guy" email already -- kind of nullifying that point that no one then knew about "the Big Guy" email. And while you can argue it is unclear when Bobulinski and Giuliani first spoke, it is clear that Bobulinski was working with the Trump campaign to deliver an "October Surprise" and likely had talked to them months prior.
Some also just want to ignore it.The whole "b-b-b-ut the EU and all these other countries wanted Shokin fired too!"
Is the argument equivalent of "b-b-b-ut Kyle Rittenhouse crossed state lines!"
People are too dumb to realize these things have absolutely nothing to do with whether or not a crime occurred.
I didn’t say it was bribery. I just said his family has been paid a lot of money. I don’t think anyone is denying that. What I keep hearing them say is there’s no proof that Joe Biden got the money himself. That's another unsupported claim: somebody (we don't know who) is bribing Biden (with what funds, through what channels?) by sending money to somebody other than Biden, in exchange for political favors (what favors?) when Biden was out of office.
That's an airtight case if ever I've seen one!
