120,000 attended the Trump rally on Jan 6th, as of to date 11 have been charged with "Seditious Conspiracy" thats 1/11,000,

No insurrection took place just as the FBI confirmed, 1,100 have been charged less than 1% of the 120, 000, with 85%-90% charged with misdemeanors, the FBI has it 100% correct, there was no insurrection on Jan 6th

It's the liberal democratic media through smoke and mirrors that created the false narrative of Jan 6th being an insurrection
You haven’t actually stated what your grievance is.
You’ve left it for us to guess.

Is it that the Justice Department is so corrupt that they’ve falsely charged protesters as “seditious”?
Could it be that if it was an “insurrection”, one would think that a whole lot more would be charged?
Or could it mightn’t be that the people who were charged with seditious-conspiracy were the ones found guilty of those charges…that’s why they were charged that way.

Your post is disingenuous. Many who went to the rally did not go to the Capitol. Maybe 10,000 went to the Capitol grounds and over 2000 entered the Capitol and every one of them is a criminal. That is not 1% like you claim. It is closer to 20% or more.

Those that went in where there to stop the count of the electoral collage and they were trying to overthrow the election. They caused about $1.5 million in damages to the Capitol.

There is no excuse for them or the President and the speakers who got them worked up. The permit for the rally did not include a march to the Capitol and not one of them was allowed in the Capitol or through the barricades. They were breaking the law. Stop defending them.

Innocent until proven guilty, roughly only 1,100 have been charged with crimes, out of the 120,000 that attended the Trump rally

Your justice appears to be guilty until proven innocent, just the opposite of America's constitutional law

I disagree with you narrative, as Tucker Carlson showed on his video clip, the vast majority were peacefully on a self guided tour of the capitol building taking pictures, and they weren't charged with crimes
There is no excuse for them or the President and the speakers who got them worked up.
I disagree with your narrative, president Trump openly stated to "Peacefully and Patriotically" make your voices heard, and 99+% that heard those words did just that
The permit for the rally did not include a march to the Capitol and not one of them was allowed in the Capitol or through the barricades. They were breaking the law. Stop defending them.
Those that broke the law are roughly 1,100 that are currently charged, and I support charges and prosecution of those that break the law

Your article presented dated of July 6th 2023 states 4 felony convictions of seditious conspiracy
Guilty pleas, that does not include coviction at trial because those are different things. It is literally stated as such in the article you quoted somewhere.

Your falling behind, we have 13 persons guilty of seditious conspiracy 4 pleas and 9 convictions with 18 total charges?

Hopefully you can keep up with developments in conversation, please pay close attention, hugs and big smiles

Again with the disingenuous statements.

Many who attended the rally did not go to the Capitol. Being at the rally was not a crime. It is the group that went to the Capitol and went through the barriers that committed crimes.

And contrary to your claim, the crowd estimate for the rally at the ellipse was about to be 80,000, though the Secret Service only screened 25,000 for the restricted area and estimated about another 15,000 outside that area.
Your justice appears to be guilty until proven innocent, just the opposite of America's constitutional law
They are getting convicted one after another. All who were going through the barriers and ignoring the police and attacking the police and breaking windows and doors to get into the Capitol were committing a crime.

IT DID NO SUCH THING.
I Agree With Reuters And The Washington Examiner who are liable for their claims in the article

You haven't provided the requested lawsuits against these News outlets showing they are wrong, nor have you presented the requested retractions of content in/on this article

Why? Because none exist relating to the OP article that's true and correct

I disagree with your claims and narrative

I stand with the reporting of Reuters and The Washington Examiner

FBI confirms there was no insurrection on Jan. 6

Here’s a thought, why don’t you tell us exactly why you seem to be concerned that Justice isn’t being done in this instance?

Justice is being done in my opinion, I stand with Reuters and the Washington Examiner in their reporting, the FBI confirms no insurrection took place on Jan 6, it's that simple

Why do you harbor the notion that the FBI is the arbiter of “what happened”?

That's your opinion that I have left you guessing

My postings are very clear, Jan 6th doesn't meet the liberal democratic media claims of insurrection

The FBI has confirmed this and Reuters and the Washington Examiner has reported it, it's that simple

1,100 people involved in a riot of crimes, dosent represent the estimated 118,900 people that peacefully and patriotically made their voices heard, as president Trump admonished the attendees to do at the Jan 6th rally

Those 18 charged with "Seditious Conspiracy" had planned their crimes long before Jan 6th, and the words of President Trump on Jan 6th played no part in their pre-planned actions

If the *FBI* says there was no insurrection then there should be an official statement. Show the link.

What that article has is silent sources that can't even be put close enough to the actual investigation to be anonymous *and* authoritative.

Yet the words of President Trump before Jan 6th in fact were the premise of their actions on Jan 6th.

We Disagree

As stated, Reuters and the Washington Examiner are well known authorities in journalism, no lawsuit has been filed for retraction, nor has the article been redacted
