Does Star Trek refer to the original series, or the franchise as a whole?

I go for SG-1 as it's based TODAY I can relate to the characters more.

I vote because I grew up on Star Trek. It is about exploring space and there planets. You got to know the characters quite well

Usually whatever I am currently watching. That would be Babylon 5. But once scifi Friday starts up again, I will probably revert back to SG1. Voyager got me hooked on start trek, but DS9 is probably my favorite of the treks though I have seen the fewest episodes of it.

I like the one where they show you different stories and you guess if it's true or false then they tell you at the end of the show which one it is. (I fail miserably on most of them).

Star Trek is obviously my favorite. Then Star Wars. I grew up with both of them...one or the other was always stealing the show. But Star Trek is my fav!

TNG is my favorite series of the show...then ENT. I thought Scott Bakula did an excellent job as captain.

It doesn't seem to be on digital satellite for now either. I have some of it on vhs but it's bad quality. When ever it plays again on satellite, I'm going to put it on dvd. I'm tempted to buy season set or two but they are so darn expensive.

I voted for Star Trek, as I've watched the TOS, and then TNG, DS9, and a little bit of VOY.

however...B5 in the last 2 seasons had the best story arc about the war with the Shadows that had me enthralled.

and, at one time years ago when I had two months of FREE cable I got hooked on Farscape, and I was upset that I couldn't afford cable to keep on seeing the show.


Movie: Planet of the Apes. (classic and remake) you gotta admit, it was fun, and the makeup's GREAT.
