Favorite Base or Post?

Langley is a great base. I lived near by and what a noisy place though with the jets taking off, Nasa wind tunnels and the racetrack all withing close proximity.
It was enough to make a person want to move, which I did. Fat Eagle.....

You just lived on the wrong side of the base.Ha! Ha! Were you in Hampton or lets say theYork County area? If you lived on the side of the King Street gate there is very little noise and you do get the pleasure of living near such a Great Base. No I will not get promoted for this I am a civilian.

I would have to say from my experience Dam Neck, Virginia Beach. I served as an RP there and hold many great memories of this base before and after they built their current Chapel.

Fort Gordon, GA near Augusta. Enjoyed every day of my time there.
