Fatal Dreams

This is a poem i wrote to go along with a game my cuz is makin', with the help of RPGmaker 2000. The game's entittled "Fatal Dreams", so here go's the poem:

The Nightmare Begins


To dream.... What does it really mean?....
To fly, through endless worlds unseen?
Or... Is a dream more than fantasy?
Is it a glimpse into destiny?

A dream.... Can it predict your fate?
Can it be harmful to those you love... Or those you hate?
While exploring through your minds eye,
Can you predict who shall die?

Or is a dream... Just a fear...
That you may lose some one dear?
That they may fall in the hands of darkness...
That you may try to save them, but you are powerless?

A dream... Destinys call....
You must choose to lay low, or stand tall...
Some use it wisely, some let it go...
But we all posess the heart of a hero...

Darkness is strong, it will consume you fast...
But look to you future, not the darkness of the past...
Trust in your heart, and the freinds that stand beside you...
The war will be long, but do not waver, you dreams will guide you...

I have told you all I dare speak...
This is your test, are strong or are you weak?
To you ultimate destiny you shall asind...
Get ready, this is where your Nightmare Begins....

It's not a big deal anymore.

That's pretty cool.

One line I do not agree with is:

A dream.... Can it predict your fate?

I do not like the word "fate"

............... *Clears throat* Sorry if it offended you, but it goes to a game... It doesn't mean I BELIEVE what I wrote.... It's someone talking to the main ch. in a dream... Throughout the game he has some freaky dreams, and they kind of give him a glimpse into the future, and his past. And most of them are sad, so when it finally gets time to face his nightmares, he's ready! It's really fun! Oh, and I die in almost every other dream I have... Like the time I dreamt I was shot for no apparent reason in the girls bathroom at a church...
