Fasting and prayer "But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting."

Hi my name is Erica. I read the verse Matthew 17:21 "But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting." I learned that some things doNT go away by prayer alone but by fasting and praying. I'm planning to fast 8:00pm eastern time for the rest of the night just sitting down and prayer and praise and hearing the gospel and drinking just water. I wanted to know if anyone here wants to join me. And can begin at 8:00pm eastern time and just fast for me for the rest of the night. Just write down your name and I will dedicate my fasting for you and talk to God about you and seek him for you For him to heal you and what ever you need from God. If you have a specific prayer request you don't mind noting I will put my main focus on that with God and I will still continue to pray over your entire life and salvation as well. If you willing to fast with me the main focus I want you to pray over is my smoking addiction and to have a mind like Christ.

I think it is great you are fasting, but always hope it is not overdone. A one day a week water only fast may be about all the adrenals can take without losing their efficiency over time. And that would be for those who are very healthy.
