Agreed. That would be about as frustrating as herding cats! And not nearly as cute. ; )

I take movie reviews with a grain of salt mostly when I read them before a movie. I usually think they are wrong, but they get it right sometimes.

I stopped listening to reviews long ago, I remember reading reviews about certain movies and how they're well-acted and great and must-see and I'd like fall asleep through the movie.

I think I'm going to watch FF again tonight, not sure.

What was everybody's favorite part? Most of my favorite scenes involve Chris Evans and his facial expressions.

His "Sweet!" in that little testing machine, and his victory pose after getting the Thing with that creme.

My favorites are the part with the creme in the Things hand, and when the Human Torch jumped off the building when the missle was coming at him and yelled "flame on!"
Tha latter is the best scene in the film IMO.

I had goosebumps with that Torch scene, much better than I had hoped, when I saw it in the trailer the torch effects looked kinda fake to me but looked great on the big screen.

I saw it and liked it a lot. It was a good, fun movie which gave a good introduction to these heroes. My only regret was the origin of Dr. Doom.

Yeah, but they had to make a new way to tell how Von Doom becomes Dr. Doom because if they were to go into the comic story of Dr. Doom's origin, there wouldn't be any time left in the movie for the Fantastic Four.

I'm satisfied with the teaser for the sequel though, now Doom can become Latveria's dictator and we can have better Doom action.

Yeah, but they had to make a new way to tell how Von Doom becomes Dr. Doom because if they were to go into the comic story of Dr. Doom's origin, there wouldn't be any time left in the movie for the Fantastic Four.

I think him having powers is what I dislike the most. They could have changed his origin a bit and still had him without any powers.

He still goes up in the station but is shielded in the center section. There's an explosion and his face gets scarred. After seeing how powerful the others are, he takes some battle armor his company is developing and uses it to fight them.

It could have worked...

True, true. I think the director wanted to show that just because they were in the accident, doesn't mean they'll all (i.e. Doom) are gonna be super heroes.

At least they kept true to some of his suit's origin by making the mask from Lavertia (sp? probably).

I thought it was really good and the guy who play Johnny was Hot. haha. My pastor didn't like it that much but i really didn't know much about it so i thought it was good. We saw it as a high school group. My brother and I asked the pastor and intern and they invited the rest of the high school group there was like 20 of us.

I think the 13 in this this PG-13 movie went in due to the fact that Dr. Doom (though Von Doom at the time) shoots a hole through a guy's chest. Rarely do you see anyone dying that directly in these Marvel movies (only other I can think of is Green Goblin's death in Spiderman). Also, the bridge scene with J. Alba probably boosted it to 13, just to keep the producers' butts safe.
