Faeroc
(pronounced fay-eh-rock)
Race: Cat
Appearance: Pure black and white in colour, being primarily black with white markings - white socks, a white flame on his forhead, white tipped tail and a white underbelly. He has green eyes and short, silky fur.
Background: Being a God's cat, he has a very mysterious background. All that is currently known is that he is a follower and friend of Kyr, the goddess. He is a divine being, magical and old. He has some power - being a divine being - but has limited application and is always subject to the will of the goddess. Certainly, compared to mortal beings he is powerful - if he cares to show his power - which he rarely does
Faeroc enters the travelling group under instructions from Kyr. His job is to prevent the needless destruction of things - especially nature (trees, animals etc). The war between Mikhael and Sycharus brings about destruction, and Kyr, being a nature goddess, wants to prevent as much of it as she can. After Eleanors entry into the divine realms, Kyr realised that Eleanor would be more likely to be able to communicate with Faeroc than any other member of the party. He does not let on his true purpose for being with the group, only that he is a gift to Eleanor from Kyr.
Kyr gifted Faeroc with that ability of human speech, in order for it to be able to achieve her own purpose. He is very forward and direct in his manner of speech.
