I like the fry pan idea.
I had a guy I liked once (from college) which was wicked shy.
I asked him if he needed a fry pan to hit him on the head?
SO to this day every once in awhile I ask him if he still needs a fry pan.

Myself I wrote him a letter telling him how I felt about him way back then.
I gave it to him when he took me to the airport after a visit.
SO he could not read it till I was on the airplane.
He seriously claims he did not realize how I had felt.
