5.5 on friday. yesterday I rested. today just 2 miles on the treadmill and on the bike. I woke up early for a class but the instructor did not come in so I figured I do something light.

I ran 9.4 miles last night. New record for me.

Nearly 4 miles yesterday (to be my new daily target) at 6.5 mph.

I went for two and half mile walk, very relaxing

Today, so far, I've had a brisk walk to the train station, walked up and down stairs in the subway, and up four floors to the office where I work.

I haven't gone to the gym yet today, but yesterday, my husband and I went and had our first appointment with a personal trainer

With a personal trainer: Cardio - Exercise Bike. Strength training - Seated Chest Press, Wide Grip Pulldown, Seated Shoulder Press, Seated Arm Curl, Seated Tricep Extension, Seated Leg Press, Seated Leg Curl, Seated Leg Extension, Horizontal Calf Raise.
