I have been training for a 1/2 marathon, so I try to run 3 days a week. So far I'm over 4 miles per run. Yesterday was 4.6 miles at 6 mph avg. I have until January

Yesterday was the second time in strength and sculpt class for an hour. Its brutal.

Today free weights and 30 minutes of cardio.

I've been running for the last 4 months, and broke the 100th mile. Seriously the last time I ran that much was when I was 17. I want to do a 5K first. Now I wish I could have someone run with me. Are you going to run by yourself or your wife?

Doesnt it feel amazing?

I've been running for the last 4 months, and broke the 100th mile. Seriously the last time I ran that much was when I was 17. I want to do a 5K first. Now I wish I could have someone run with me. Are you going to run by yourself or your wife?

You ask if it feels good on the day my hip is hurting and I feel old. ^_^ I do seem to have more energy. The will to use it will come one of these days.

I'm going on month 3 now and I've got 62.6 miles put in. I use Cardio Trainer on my phone to track my progress. It's very convenient as it uses GPS tracking to map my route, tells me how fast I'm going. Since I have to maintain a 16 minute mile pace, it keeps me moving.

I'm running by myself mainly because of the cost of the marathon. She used to run with me, but she's been sick and had little energy lately. She was more running behind me with the dog. She's wanted me to go running with her for a long time, but I haven't had the motivation until now.

I am so sorry! Do you have good amount of rest days and take vitamins? There is things to take for helping with bones hurt so much. My knee was hurting like that for a good week as well. I have a tracker on my phone too. I was running 17 minutes a mile when I started and now at 12ish. A few weeks ago I did it at 10. I couldn't believe it. ^_^

I am sorry she is sick as well.

Yesterday I rested, today I did weights and ran for only a mile and walked the last 15 minutes. I increased the weights by 10lbs. It was tough but I think I am ready for that weight amount for a while now.
