What are you favorites? I love Leslie Sansone. She is non threatening, christian, and motivating. Wondering what everyone else likes.

I used to have the work out video called, "Pump it up". Great workout, but i think the DVD was to sexual and skimpy. So, i chucked it in the bin.

I've been playing eyetoy kenetic but it makes me feel like an idiot and takes an hour so I've only doen it twice since sepetember 26...

I don't think I've ever seen a video with a "threatening" instructor, though Denise Austin can be pretty hard to take .
I peronally like Power Pilates and Stott Pilates, the Yoga Journal Step by Step Series, and carious step aerobics videos from a company called CIA (creative aerobics instructors). I'm pretty curious to see what Yoga Booty Ballet and Turbo Jam are like, but they're ridiculously expensive so I think I'll wait until I can get them cheap on e-bay. FYI, Donna Richardson has a DVD called "Sweatn' in the Spirit" that might interest you. I believe it's part cardio and part pilates and the whole workout is accompanied by a live gospel choir, I'd actually like to get that one myself when I can.

Tae bo. The exercise patterns are a bit complicated but if you have a martial arts background, it is easier to remember.
