Ex Nihilo and Thermodynamics

I reiterate:

If an object came into existence ex nihilo, would that violate any of the 4 laws of thermodynamics?

For the record, let's leave the Bible out of this and talk pure science.

Feel free to vote while you're at it, please.

OK. Start creating things ex nihilo so it can be studied and the mechanism understood. Until that happens it is not science it is just people guessing on a theoretical question.

btw. Kind of hard to leave the bible out of it since in other threads you have defined creation ex nihilo as something that can only be done by God.
