The nutrition we digest is used to maintain and build our bodies. Fuel in cars is not. Poisons work completely different from using the wrong fuel. The reason cars need anti-freeze liquid is completely different from the reason our bodies need food.

Seriously, you could have spent the time you typed the above to learn some actual biology instead of coming up with a comparison that does not work. At all. Stop it and start studying.

yes, but identical twins are both genetically the same, the same species, and living organisms.

a car isn't even an organism, it has no metabolism, and it doesn't reproduce on its own, though i'm sure you'll find a way to claim otherwise.

Some people do not understand what comparing means. Farther, some think that you can only compare apples with apples and oranges with oranges. Some people believe that you cannot or should not compare apples with oranges or cars with people. However, that would defeat the purpose of what comparison is all about. Comparison is about sticking two things together that were not already together in the first place. Two apples are a lot closer to each other than an apple and an orange.
