Because he's confusing a clearly man made construction, a car, which has zero biological... anything it, with a purely biological system, evolution. He has been told this multiple times and it has been explained to him by everyone who can about why he cannot compare the two, and yet he keeps using the same claim time after time after time, like he think he can be right if he just keeps copy and pasting his claim again and again.

I admit i rarely read his conversations - or anyones for that matter, i have a different method on this site.

What i have read, i am inclined to agree with @xianghua but i am not familiar with this subject matter that you speak of.

The argument is right there: he cannot compare a man made machine, an impossible man made machine since mechanical constructs cannot self replicate, with the process of evolution. It's like comparing apples to plastic oranges.
