Please tell me why all the monkeys on earth did not evolve into homo sapiens. (There is no need to repeat the mantra: You just don't understand evolution. You probably don't either.)
Populations evolve, not individuals. Diversity of species comes when one part of a population is isolated from another in a different environment under different environmental pressures. There is nothing in the theory of evolution that says that all parts of a population much evolve into another species just because one part of it does. Monkeys are well adapted to their environment. They are much better at living in trees than we would be.

Why didn't all the wolves evolve into dogs?

The last question is irrelevant when posed to me, since I don't accept the TOE.

I understand what you say about parts of populatioins, but why do we have monkeys and homo sapiens coexisting in the same environment if it is the environment that caused the evolution into homo sapiens, AND both monkeys and homo sapiens are at home in the same environment?

But they're not. Monkeys live in an arboreal environment; we live on the ground.

Why did only part of the population of monkeys find it more acceptable to live on the ground while others remained in the trees, and all at the same time?

Listen, if you want to discuss evolution, at least read the basics. Here is a good discussion of the biology involved:

http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/faq-intro-to-biology.html

As for why a particular species might go in different directions, this is very simple: different specific groups of that species faced different selection pressures. As the various groups spread, those particular groups which happened to enter into areas which required new skills or attributes either developed them or died out. Those that developed them became distinct from their parent and sister species. This distinction led them down a different path as changes built upon changes.
