Paul didn't say he thought they might become atheists (I did), Paul said they did become atheists.

Paul wasn't guessing, he was stating a direct observation.

Putting it in terms you guys can deny: Paul was there.

And since the Bible was written for our admonition and learning, I stated that Paul was giving us a warning not to consider ourselves Homo sapiens, or it could lead to atheism.

You can choose not to believe that, if you want to; but if I see someone here give his testimony that he was once a Christian until science "opened his eyes" ... I tend to think: Paul warned you.

And to Paul, I would say I don't assume myself to be right, or wise. I observe the world and evaluate it, nothing more and nothing less.

Notice ... they know God.

Chances are, some are Christians already.

Remember? I gave you an example of a guy who still posts here, was a Christian at one time, but had questions his priest could not answer; and now he posts as an Agnostic.

Others here have outright told me they were a Christian at one time, but are no longer one.

That does not surprise me in the least.
