Tell me, why do you keep referring to your past failures as if you made some sort of point? All you do is shoot yourself in the foot again.

This sounds like Ray Comfort. Why do people listen to Ray Comfort? He's so intensely unfamiliar with basic science.

Such astounding levels of ignorance or...dare I say....willfull misinterpretation/misrepresentation of what scientists actually do. It's truly shocking.

And the fact that Creationists just lap it up. Like a dog returning to its vomit. Ray's puking up more of the "good stuff".

Ray Comfort usually makes me pretty UNcomfortable lol (drum fill!) but this was pretty good. He really did.... stick it to em.

I am glad that Ray has told me that what I spent 11 years and 3 university degrees to learn is not real science. You see, I got my degree in GEOLOGY which means I looked at things that are only preserved in the ROCK RECORD. In other words I didn't get to see the rocks literally forming or folding. And by Ray's "erudition" it isn't real science.

Yet note how many times Ray uses a microphone and a video camera. They are made of plastic and metal and all pieces parts he wouldn't have were it not for GEOLOGY.

It is so painful to see people like that who have ZERO understanding of the terms they are using trying to mislead other people.

If Ray believes in God focus on the God stuff, OR LEARN HOW SCIENCE IS ACTUALLY DONE IN DETAIL and then work with that.

No idea who went 404. Don't care. Just tired of seeing Ray Comfort's misrepresentations of science.

If Ray were going to be honest and engage in an honest discussion of science it would be completely different.

Instead Ray's always puking up such good stuff that his Creationist followers lap it up and rub their stomachs and tell everyone what a fulfilling and delicious meal it was.

I didn't even watch most of this, once I realized Ray was doing his usual "interview" and basing it on "what is observable".

Ray treats science like a little kid who just learned the Golden Book of Fun Children's Science.

Like I said: Note how Ray uses all that technology most of which relied on GEOLOGY to get into his hands.

That's all I need to know about Ray. He is either intentionally misrepresenting science or he is completely ignorant of the topic he's talking about.

Ray Comfort and his banana is the best comedy act I have seen since Morecambe & Wise on British television. No matter how often I watch it, it has me rolling in the aisles.

Yeah, I missed PZ Meyers. But if Ray Comfort attempted to show up Meyers I would immediately suspect creative "editing".

Again, a man with a track record of misrepresenting/misinterpretting science who focuses on some "observation" gambit as a critique of science is not going to get much time from me. Considering that it is a disingenuous point at best and it is being leveraged to misrepresent science.

Observation is important in science, but that means observation of the DATA. You don't have to see the individual molecules react to characterize the chemical reaction. You don't have to see the crime committed to solve it through forensics.

No, scientists were telling you the truth. Ray not so much. And somehow you come to Ray's defense based on what the SCIENTIST told you, which was the opposite of Ray.

I am sure that he merely edited out the clear answers that Meyers gave him out. I don't think that he treated him as dishonestly as he treated Dawkins. I do believe that Meyers confirmed that we are "fish"(cladistically we are). But that was merely because it was totally beyond Ray's ability to understand.

Scientists telling me the truth about God.

Ray says the banana created by God is perfectly fit for human consumption.

Scientists say no, the banana Ray was showing you was NOT the original banana but created by human breeding of the original banana which was not as perfect for that purpose.

While scientists didn't tell you about God, they did tell you about Ray's error.

And Ray's error was what he was trying to use to show you the glory of God.
