rock and metal in general r not evil. there r sum bands tht sing evil things though. but they r the GREATEST genres in the world. like ACDC R MY FAV BAND

I Personally like rock/metal music, its my favorite genre of music actually . But some stuff i can understand people being offended, but calling it "evil" seems a little harsh.

Well, occasionally you can run across less-than-edifying lyrics. AC/DCs lyrics to highway to hell or hells bells could fit into that category. Also Sabbath's NIB is a little dodgy as well.
That doesn't mean I think these bands fail to rock the planet.
