Ever heard of Starcade, 80's Game Show?

Ever heard of the 1980's early game show Starcade that was on TBS on Saturdays? About mixing arcade games with Q&A trivia? I loved it as an kid when I was then living in Florida?

Actually a revamping of the show would probably do really well now. Especially with the video crazy that's going on with X-Box and PS2. They could air it on the gamer network. I know my son who's a x-box nut would tune in.

oooh I remember that. We would watch it and then go to the arcade and see if we could do better on the games then the people on the show. Those were the days.....

Well, an old game show in Australia is "Sale of the Century" - still airing since first show broadcasted on the Seven Network in 1970.

I haven't heard of Starcade - what is it?

I think I vaugely remember that show, but I very much remember StarrCade.
