There seems to be some confusion about that in red states. It has even been argued here that even intentional termination of a pregnancy where the fetus can be preserved is an abortion. That's why I asked Hammster the question. The situation which gave rise to it was the assertion that Minnesota allows abortion on demand (I.e. without recourse to a magistrate) under all circumstances and would have allowed the abortion of his granddaughter at 37 weeks, even though the law specifically prohibits the destruction of a viable fetus.

I am very suspicious of this ??? Would a Christian who believes the Harris, Walz ticket stands for Christian values using scripture defend some of the Godless positions of this ticket. IMO this is just more of the gaslighting campaign.
