The term 'stock' applied to humans - and probably most other mammals - refer to background genetics.

What you mean is YOU feel racism and eugenics in such matters. Your preconceived ideas and conclusions are not binding on me. Nor I should think on anyone else.

Do you really think there is no observable differences between various genetic groups?

Just for the record, there's a difference between women and men as well.
