Although the only real way that history has shown to make effective control of mutations is through forced breeding and through man-made selection of mutations, but in humans that's called eugenics and is an outright horrible practice.

But there is context that you refuse to acknowledge. You refusing to acknowledge that evolution is a lot more simple than you are making it (and trust me, you are making it needlessly complicated) is not a good thing.

Except none of that is relevant to evolution.

Your words, your memories, your decisions, your judgement and your faith all have no effect on your genetic advantages and adaptations. They are just a part of the physical structure of your genetics.
