I just finished the final editing pass on my first novel! It's a bit crazy, I'll admit—an inspirational Christian murder mystery in space. And if that isn't odd enough, the character races are rather...allegorical.
Ugh. I'm shaking. Anyhow, everything is set up to go live with it except for the cover. A buddy has been working on it on-and-off for a month now. It's...looking a little more unhinged than the text.
I'm not sure what else to say here. Everyone I know in person is sick of hearing it, but today's been a long time coming, so I had to tell someone.
Please say a prayer for me and wish me luck. I know I'm going to need it.
