SHAZAM!heres one recipe - not sure what it tastes like though lol
Gazpacho is a Spanish soup served ice cold that literally means 'soaked bread'. Gazpacho is made with tomato, cucumber, onion and capsicum, seasoned with olive oil and garlic, and served with croutons rubbed with garlic. Traditionally gazpacho is prepared and served in a large clay bowl. Although soup is not usually on an Australian Christmas menu, this soup should be! Gazpacho can easily become a welcome addition as it is so easy to prepare and the combination of colours makes it just so festive! It's a hit with kids and adults alike. Enjoy!
