they serve a 'god' or speak of a 'god' for purposes other than salvation - some kind of "feel-good " something or another ?

Yeah I’m going to reiterate. You sound like a dangerously unhinged and violent individual, just based on the little you’ve shared here. There’s lots of people on this site who aren’t down with homosexuality, that’s to be expected, it is a Christian site after all, but I don’t think I’ve come across anyone with such violent imaginings towards them in my 10+ years on this site. Most know better to keep stuff like that to themselves at least, for appearances.

You think I am imaginative anbout guns. I am. I grew up with loaded guns all over the house. We used to shoot rabbits and groundhogs out in the pasture from our bedroom window and that made mom mad sometimes. But no one was ever hurt. I completed OPOTC police training and graduated at 3rd overall in the class. I decided not to become a cop and so even though I trained, I did not become a cop. But I already shot and was a small game hunter. This year marks 38 years that I have been carrying a pistol for self defense. Every day almost. My record speaks for itself. I've never ha a gun sharge. Never has a Domesitic Viloence, I've never (Ever) even had a DUI. Not even one. No weapons charges. No one has ever been shot by me. Not once. (I do have several close call stories!)

Look I have prayed that I can get out of this life without having to shoot anyone. The idea is to survive and not to shoot anyone. We wrestle not with flesh and bone but with spirits of the dark world. People are not the enemy. It is the evil spirits and demonic oppression that makes peope do stupid things. Only by the grace of God did I not have to shoot a man yet. They did not force me to yet! Drawing a gun is for when there is not time to pray.

I am not dangerous. Carrying concealed for 38 years and never a single gun related charge or violence charge means something. You have to ask yourself before the situation arises, how can I get out alive? How can I stop harm to others, is there a way to do it without shooting someone? So I would say that I use my imagination a lot and go over scenarios and so forth before they ever happen so if it does happen then I will know what to do. It has worked for me. If I was a punk then my record would reflect violence or stupidness with guns. That is no accident. I'm not a bubba, lol. I paid attention to my dad and my leo trainers lol. Boy I'm so glad I didnt become a cop. I would prolly be a punk now if I had.

But I discovered at the last minute that I had skills! So I wasnt a cop, lol. The training was good. Most gun people I know are all very stable people. A armed person has more time to be able to think than an unarmed person!

You wanna hear some close call stories that I've had? Dog attacks, Pregnant wife almoet got robbed, attempted home invasion...Just ask and I'll tell you. I was so close to shooting one guy that after we got away, I was shaking and couldnt stp for awhile. He was so close, and smart enough to sense it and back down!.

So there's no way that I am unhinged, ok? I've just never been a punk. I worked my entire life. I wasnt a thief, no gangs or pistol whipping anybody, no robberies, none of that crap. I am an avid collector and target shooter, and an accompliished hunter and both my sons too.
I talk like I do because I would hope to encourage people to take responsibility for your children. So it isnt like we're blood thirsty more along the lines of we love our children and wont give them up to the gays without a real fight, if it comes to that...

Do I have the right to stand up for my own child to the death if need be? I say yes.

Zoos are like that with the youg crowd. See em enough at the zoo and everything is cool then they see a wild one and dont understand why they are bleeding.

I remember the first time we took our young guys to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. It was a nice saturday and there were lots of people there. We come around a bend in the walkway and there's the Polar bear and he's out! and my 5 year old screams at the top of his lungs, Dad, Get your 44 Mag there's a big Bear!

That turned a lot of heads but the boy had great reaction time! He wasnt expecting a big bear!

Luckily, we can look at data or experiences to have an objective understanding of reality.

So, share some data to support the your position or admit that your position is not based on the reality of protecting children and MORE on your spiritual disgust with it.

And, while you're at it (if you are cool with encouraging Christians to not bear false witness) work on stopping other Christians who use the "protecting children" argument.

IF you're interested in rebuking false witness of course.

Yes, we faithful Christians, Muslims and Orthodox Jews may be in the minority for not supporting LGBTQ+ positions (or so the mainstream media leads us to believe) but like abortion, we know we are on the right side of issue. Trans people have a mental disorder and they should not be paraded around as if everything is normal. There is a grand canyon wide difference between someone having a mental disorder and a person occupation (you may want to go back and read up on that one).

I feel that as the public learns more as to what trans people want out of society, the public will push back on trans issues. We see this in many, many school board meetings across the country. Librarians are allowing inappropriate material for certain age groups into the school libraries. Some teachers are taking it upon themselves to "educate" young students on LGBTQ+ issues when their school subjects are math, science, history and such. Parents across the country are fighting back fiercely.
