That not only ignores Acts 5:29 but also the broader context of Romans 13 itself.
Acts 5:29 The one passage were Peter tells the Sadducees High Priest to take-a-hike, I like that one. Also becasue they were not the accepted authority for public life or evangelism, but limited to high crimes and controlling the temple. Which is why that particular sect disappeared when the temple was destroyed.The sanhedrin was a Jewish government authority who was essentially the supreme court of the Jews. It wasn't merely a group of bishops (there wasn't any bishops). Regardless, who do you think established this authority? Furthermore, Peter didn't merely disagree with the authority, he refused to obey them. Why are you refusing to see that. Why are you rejecting the word of God?
You’ve already been ousted as one who values the opinions of man above the truths of God. If you think abortion is God’s will just because a sinful, wicked government institutes it as law, that truly shows how vile your heart is.
So by your argument, if the government ordered the death of Christians, as many have you would be obliged to obey> What about the almost unanimous opposition of the early Christian leaders to do so? That is an interesting way of looking at the topic.....Being subject and obedient to the institutions that rule over us does not mean we should do anything which they make legal, abortion is still a choice and we are fortunate that we still have the choice in this day and age to be obedient to God as well as the government, many states in the US have made the growth and consumption of cannabis legal, does it mean we aren't subjecting ourselves to their authority if we choose not to smoke it ? Where there is no conflict between God's laws and those of the land we live in then God's laws must always trump those of man ! So in essence just because man has made abortion legal for you it doesn't mean that you are being disobedient and a bad citizen worthy of God's wrath ! experiencers meet miscarried or aborted children in higher dimensions.
Obeying government takes precedent over the written code in scripture.
Obviously, GOD allows abortion because it happens; so does HE allow murder, divorce, and all other forms of evil. Why is another subject. Neither can we pick a few verses from the Bible and give those verses the purpose of allowing something we want to do or believe. That is not the purpose of any verse. The Bible's purpose is to give us a picture of a Child of GOD, who is a spiritual being destined to live on a different plane of existence other than the Physical Reality of which we currently consider ourselves a part. GOD even provided us a living example of a Child of GOD (Son) in the form of Jesus.You be the judge:

The primary purpose of abortion is to allow sexual activity outside of marriage without taking the consequences of an unwanted child. This motive is self-serving. Self-serving motives have no eternal value because they are automatically divisive; and what is eternal must be in unity--the same Spirit seeking the same Purpose by everyone according to their gifts and abilities.
On this plane of existence, we need to work to rid ourselves of the self-serving nature while focusing on the highest Purpose of GOD we can envision and contribute accordingly. That nature has no eternal value, and all lifestyles it creates will eventually be destroyed--including those related to abortion, murder, divorce, etc.
