I'm not disagreeing. I'm adopting a position of ditached curiosity and was hopeful that you could have provided at least some evidence to support your position.

I see your position as being one of decided spiritual laziness. Wisdom is the evidence of experience, you will need to do the work yourself to find God if you truly desired to know him. It really requires the trust that an unspoiled child would have in a parent.

Yes, I am unable to provide the proof you seek based on your framework of what constitutes proof of the subjective experience of God consciousness. By the same token I wouldn't ask you to provide proof of your faith in a godless universe as there isn't any way to substantiate your belief.

The only logical option is to go with the evidence and you have elegantly displayed an inability to present any. If you were able to present some evidence for your position I would be more than happy to change my position. Alas, your have not done so.

As I explained from the outset, the default position of atheist is a form of a cop out, you want others to provide answers that you are supposed to find for yourself. I have found those answers to ---->my<---- satisfaction and continue to explore the infinite dimensions of God. That you haven't found God is your problem to work out. Religion isn't a socialist state.

No, we will more or less experience diversity in our experiences with God. My consistent point is that each person has to search for truth within, there is no shortcut. Even so called miracles have been shown to be ineffective "proofs" of anything because there will always be someone who raises doubts about the so called miracle.

I contend that you assume I have behaved in a certain way becuase of a preconceived notion of what I'm about, rather than actually listening to my point of view.

Some peoples search for truth reveals no God, which you seem to have trouble understanding and then you need to label these people.

What ceases is the concerted working of a number of cells with the same DNA (more or less). Instead, the material is transformed into "another state of being", that being either part of another organism or of a state of not being in any kind of life, but floating around.

What ends are processes, like travels to a destiny. But a process is not a thing, it is something a thing does.

Things can be gone forever too.
