Does anyone feel like they struggle before an event that Jesus uses them for?

Noticed that when i feel like i'm struggling it will be right before Jesus really uses me to encourage someone or help someone. Not always does this happen but sometimes it does. Anyone else experience this?

Yes, that is common as is a let down or sadness afterward for the truly called of God. They are also subject to more attack from the Enemy.

That sounds like my daily life without the benefit of being used by the LORD.

I watch both of your posts on CF and what I see is two young men who love the Lord and try to encourage others to do the same. I think that is wonderful! And yes the hounds of hell are always trying to beat me down. Please pray for me and I will pray for you also!

I'm currently wondering that myself. I've been getting punished my whole life for being the son of my biological father (it's a long story), and I'm wondering whether I'm even supposed to be alive right now.

But, I know God and Jesus doesn't want people to actively pursue death, so at this point, I don't know. I keep struggling with life vs. death every day really.
