I'm one of those *underweighted* peoples in the world and am looking to put some pounds on these scrawny bones.
So far my research has uncovered the most popular method to be that of .... eating. Eating LOTS and LOTS very OFTEN. I've been doing that for over a month now and have discovered that I gain if I keep up a very consciously rigorous routine of eating a LOT quite OFTEN but that I immediately lose if I let up even in the slightest amount.
Is there anyone else out there looking to gain and if so have you had these same difficulties? Also, if you use another method than just overeating, would you mind telling me about that method, too?
