Can Angels disobey God like Humans?
The Angels always obey God. In Heaven they always obey God. After the 1,000 year reign of Christ there will be a New Heaven and a New Earth. The Earth will become as Heaven is now. God's word will accomplish His purpose.

Genesis 1:31 "Then God looked over all he had made, and he saw that it was very good!"

The angels that rejected God did so because of sinful pride, aka arrogance. They wanted to and chose to (try to) ascend to be greater than (or equal to) God. They had managed to work themselves into a place where they were deceived and could no longer perceive the truth about what that meant. There are some passages in Scripture that reveal Satan's spirit regarding the matter by revealing the spirit of Satan that a man had (Ezekiel 28, Isaiah 14).

Since angels have free will and did a revolution before. Do you think Angels can make a revolution [like the arab spring] against God almighty on judgement day and flip the tables?

Angels have free will. In fact, they have more free than the free will we have. God's power is much, much greater than everything else in all creation combined. God doesn't have power struggles with anyone or anything. He need only speak a command and it is done.

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. (Isaiah 55:8-11, 1984 NIV)

They can attempt to make a revolution but they won't win against the greatest God ever. i think god would be immune to any attack there possibly can be on him except if god wanted to take a vacation. also, angels and units on god's side would be more adept in power and knowledge than other angels in whichever other sides. lucifer would beat all angels combined and any other beings besides god of course put together i would believe. then again, those angels who are fallen was once after all part of god's kingdom and so can probably easily equal the intelligence, force of will, and any other skills and angel needs to carry out whatever he's doing like fighting another angel from some other organization. but...god's nature in defense for himself is complete indestructibility or so i had been taught.
