I heard this argument one time:
"All" means "All" and that is all that "All" ever means!
Paraphrasing what the person meant to say:
"All" means everything and that is the only thing that "All" ever means.
He should have thought about his outburst as it proved him wrong, kind of like the politician who said "I never speak in absolute terms!"
In Webster's dictionary, there are multiple definitions given and the word "All" can be an adjective, adverb, pronoun, and a noun.
"All" can be attributed to all of a group or all of everything, depending on context

Not everyone is in Christ.
