Well- I just went to the doctor's for a physical- the first one since I turned 30. All I have to say is holy cow. It was very unpleasant. Lots of tests (blood-- hate needs), poking, probing (ouch), and other non-pleasantries.

Is it going to be like this everytime I go now?

Oh man, I hope it's not much more than the ol' check blood pressure, test reflexes, listen to the heart, then turn & cough. I haven't been to a doctor in years!
