I do hope you are aware that the idea of multiple Universes is based on pure speculation. It is the "solution" to a mathematical postulation. But you can prove literally anything by "solving" a given mathematical postulation. In other words it is no more likely to be true than a single Universe whose existence is the effect of a supernatural cause.
What possible use could evolution have for the concept of beauty? Such emotion and sentiment is a dead loss to survival on a macro level. And furthermore, how could evolution - something unaware of and unresponsive to "beauty" - develop it? More importantly, how could a universe fundamentally without awareness cause it to happen at all?
Naturalism has yet to answer these questions satisfactorily. If theology has not done so either, then at best you're going to be trading one set of unsatisfactory answers for another one. Personally I find naturalist answers to be less satisfactory than theological ones, because at least the latter permits the logical availability of meaningful choice, morality, and purpose.
