Are you looking for peace? You can find it in Jesus!

John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Psalms 29:11
The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.

Isaiah 26:3
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Romans 2:10
But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile

Only Jesus can bring us the inner peace our hearts and souls desire during the season in which we live right now. With wars looming over our heads, and times that look quit hopeless, there's great hope, and peace to be found in the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords, the one and only Lord Jesus! He is our only salvation. You'll never know what true peace is, until you know Jesus.

Seek your peace in Jesus today!

They say that springs of sweet fresh water well up among the salt seas;

that the fairest Alpine flowers bloom in the wildest and most rugged mountain passes;

that the noblest psalms were the outcome of the profoundest agony of soul.

And we can have peace in the midst of war- this peace comes form God.

The word "peace" comes from the Greek word "eirene".
Eirene implies inner-prosperity, a soul at rest. The
peace Jesus brings is inner peace - calm, comfort.
This peace doesn't worry, doesn't fret, doesn't hate.
It's harmony with God. Can you imagine the joy that
comes from being in total harmony with God? Jesus left
us that gift! You could view John 14:27 as Jesus' last
will and testament to us. In fact, the Amplified
rendering uses the word "bequeath". Jesus has left us
His peace.

And, let's face it, Jesus was a peaceful guy. He had
plenty to be ruffled about. Pharisees to His left,
Sadducees to His right, followers who just didn't get
His message all around Him... There isn't a traveling
minister alive today who has it as rough on the road as
Jesus did. Jesus and His disciples lived by faith, on
the road, unsure where the next meal would come from or
where they would lay their heads to sleep.

How on earth did Jesus handle it all? By His inner peace; Jesus knew how to keep His cool under pressure. He never shouted, "ARRRGGGHHH!! I can't handle this!!!" He had divine peace. He had the assurance of His Father, and He knew there was nothing He couldn't handle – no task too big, no job too much, no situation to hard. Why? He had God's direction. He had peace.

This is the peace Jesus has leave to all of us. This is the peace Jesus has given to you. "Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them (your enemies): because greater is He that is in you, than He that is in the world." (1 John 4:4, KJV) The power to overcome whatever adversity you face, is within you, if Jesus Christ is Lord of your life, just tap into it.
