Do you recognize this little guy?

Does anyone know who this character might be?

It's on a piece of fleece fabric (which is why it looks fuzzy) that I have that I'm getting ready to put up for auction, but I have no clue who it's supposed to be.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sometimes on anime clothing (like a fleece) they might just have some random character on it. It may not be any specific anime character in particular. But if it is, I don't recognize him. Sorry.
