Do you need coffee??

Kona coffee for me, 5 or less. I used to have a couple before bed, but I'm trying to cut back a bit.

Well from time to time I make myself have a cup of coffee because I have low blood pressure...but I do not like it at all ...LOL if I drink it I have it with sugar and milk

I used to work out with a guy who was the same way. We'd walk by a coffee shop in a mall and it was like a shark tracking blood but he wouldn't touch the stuff. Me? Yuh know that water that already has caffeine in it? I use that to brew the stuff. Don't actually drink it-just hook it up to an IV and I'm good to go...

LOL !! The uncooked coffee bean that has been ground I love the smell of, but not the taste though. I cannot have caffeine at all, it makes me hyper and shake uncontrollably.

I drink lots of water all the time now, because I passed out from dehydration from a virus I caught in 2001 and took 3 liters of saline soultion via IV...

Voted for both "1 a day" and "5 or less"... because even tho it said "or less," the number 5 was just too intimidating. Not THAT much. But I do love coffee -- well, just the sweet stuff. Caramel frapps and stuff.

Anybody else here use that Nestle© coffee creamer, with all the flavors? I've got "Toasted Almond" right now.
