I think I must be borderline asexual, cause this is exactly how I feel, too lol. Well, I know I'm not asexual, cause I know, when I'm in love, I want intimacy on every level. I'm not sure what I'd define myself as. I think sex is great and fine, but it's wayyyyy on the back burner of priorities for me when I'm married. I want it, but I don't want it to be expected, demanded, routine, etc. I never, ever want my sex life to consist of "eat dinner, kids to bed, brush teeth, turn off light, have sex, go to sleep"...GOD FORBID, I'd rather be single!!! I want it to be sudden, spontaneous, and sparse. I know. Weirdo.

Do you guys ever think that maybe your "asexual" status is a blessing from God, keeping you from temptation and sin UNTIL you find the right person and marry them? Then a major floodgate of "WHOA..." will be released on the honeymoon? In other words, maybe you aren't asexual at all; maybe your brains are doing things the right way?

that is kind of how I feel about my current crush, want to hear the funny part? I can kinda be a pervert at times, so this chaste way of thinking is not my default setting

I just figured I had finished my daily dose of rejection when I got through the responses to job applications in my email:

thats pretty much how i am when i get crushes. there's nothing sexual about it and IMHO thats how it should be.. sex clouds things and it should never be the main focus when pursuing a relationship. When i get a crush on someone, i'll think they're attractive, but its not like I want to jump them or anything they just interest me and i am intrigued enough to want to get to know them more.
