I have a bit of a crush -- at the very least, flirtatious interest -- in someone I met only once (he lives in another state/friend's friend's friend's friend-type situation). Realistically, it would neeever work between us, but he's just so adorable, funny and charming. Sometimes, it's just nice to have someone to flirt shamelessly with!
