They're all still zebras in the OP.

I don't see how they can be anything else but.
Yup, and if they eventually become sufficiently different from the original population - say, they lose their stripes - we might be tempted to give them a new name and add a fourth zebra species to join the mountain zebra, the plains zebra, and Grévy's zebra - the unstriped zebra (Equus non-clavatus) ;)

You can add a hundred new species; but if you change the Genus then you're changing the Kind.

Do you think there were coyotes and domestic dogs on the Ark? or just wolves?

Nope. "Genus" is simply a man made place holder. A name of some use. "Kind" has no working definition at all.

How quickly they forget. This is a badly formed question since there was no Ark.

No, even more obvious that life is the product of evolution is the fact that there was no global flood.
Why would we have needed the ark then? The world-wide flood is too incredible a story for someone to just make up.

What? That makes no sense. The more outlandish a story is the more likely it is made up.

And, you may not realize it, claiming that the Flood actually happened is calling God a liar. If God won't lie there was no Flood. You will almost certainly have to learn some science to understand this.

What? That makes no sense. Science says there was no Flood, so God lied about it... yeah, right???

No, people that claim the Flood happened are calling God a liar.

Let's go over this.

Did God make the world that we live in, according to your beliefs?

Good, then if there is evidence about the Earth in its rocks God is responsible for that evidence.

Do you agree with that?
Of course, but there are differing conclusions drawn from that evidence. That doesn't make God a liar, it means someone is interpreting evidence wrong.

Actually there is not. The standard for a scientific discussion is to use scientific evidence. All of the scientific evidence tells us that there was no flood. Now do you wish to go over the basics of science?

Since all of the evidence tells us that there was no flood that evidence would have to have been planted dishonestly. Planting false evidence is a means of lying. It was early Christian geologists that first refuted the flood story. It is not meant to be read literally.

Sorry... I'm not convinced of either of those, even if other Christians are.

That is all but certainly due to a lack of education in the sciences. That is why I offered to go over the basics. If you do not understand the basics then you will not understand the arguments.
