Grace may not be enough for you. Why not keep all ten? It is hard to see grace covering willful refusal to keep all. It will cover failed attempts.
Why keep them at all? The Spirit won't lead one to sin and neither will He lead you back to bondage. I asked God about the law (a specific aspect of it) and got an immediate answer that it wasn't my covenant. Since it isn't my covenant it doesn't apply or have jurisdiction over me. It became my road to freedom and the liberty found in Jesus Christ alone providing the sweet rest God calls His.

Paul teaches us to keep the law here. Because of love we keep the law.

Ro 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
Ro 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Ro 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

The I've got a question. If this is so how can Paul say we're delivered from the law (Rom 7:6) and to throw it out (Gal 4:30)? How can Paul be teaching the law? Is he a lunatic?

OK if we're free from it what enforcement value is there? Or what do you mean by void the law?

Here we actually have faith and law in one verse.

Ro 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

We are free from being condemned or made righteous by the law, but we are commanded to love and we cannot love and break the law at the same time.

I notice after Galatians 4:30 Paul is speaking about circumcision again which is a sign of the OC and this is what Paul is saying we are free from. But we still have adultery and murder which are acts of the flesh and not the spirit. Do you notice when Paul is speaking against the law he's always talking about certain laws, like Circumcision and eating of certain foods? Why never adultery or murder, theft, bearing false witness? It seems that the only time Paul is speaking against the law is when Jews are trying to teach the keeping of law for salvation and not faith alone. He isn't voiding the law of murder, hes voiding the law of circumcision which is a sign of the OC anyways. And Hes voiding the idea that Law brings salvation. But He isn't voiding Gods law for the NC. The NC isn't completely lawless.

Christ is our rule, our model, our touchstone, our all. The continual inquiry of the Christian should be, not is this or that according to law? but, is it like Christ? The law never could teach me to love, bless, and pray for my enemies; but this is exactly what the gospel teaches me to do, and what the divine nature leads me to do. “Love is the fulfilling of the law," and yet were I to seek justification by the law, I should be lost; and were I to make the law my standard of action, I should fall far short of my proper mark. We are predestinated to be conformed, not to the law, but to the image of God's Son. We are to be like Him. ( (See Matthew 5:21-48; Romans 8:29; 1 Corinthians 13:4-8; Romans 13:8-10; Galatians 5:14-26; Ephesians 1:3-5; Philippians 3:20-21; 2:5; 4:8; Colossians 3:1-7)

Yes and we must keep the law in the process. I cannot love and kill at the same time. Why do we turn logic on its head and act as if the Commandments were evil? Why do we not just say: God doesn't condone adultery, murder, theft, bearing false witness, coveting or putting other Gods before Him and because of this we need Christ?

The "law" spoken of in Romans 13 is NOT the 10 commandments (which are only a part of the 613 commandments of the Mosaic Law/Torah) which was given to reveal the sinfulness of man and demonstrate that man could not keep those commandments. The "law" spoken of in Romans 13 is the "law of Christ"/the law of love/the law of liberty which is fulfilled in those who walk in the Spirit (Galatians 5:16)

Paul uses 5 of the 10Cs right here. And he also says:

Ro 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Paul is saying we can't have love without also having the law.

1. will you break the law if you don't have love?

2. will you break the law if you have love?

Love fulfills the law.

As i said we break the law as we fail to love. No one obeys the law perfectly because no one loves perfectly.

In other words, we only break God's laws when we fail to show love, right?

tell me, what does that mean to you?

Did all the first churches founded by the apostles share everything? Did they sell their possessions and share the money?

is this adressed to me?
