The millennium does not take place on Earth. It takes place in Heaven after this world has completely been destroyed (2 Pet 3:10, Rev 20:11, Rev 21:1). I have no idea what the "mark of the beast" is (although it has been suggested that it may be American currency). But it does not come about in the millennium kingdom. It comes during the current age, long before the millennium.

Jesus' rule will not be here on this Earth. His Kingdom is here in the Church and it will never be destroyed, but His rule in the Millennium will be in Heaven, just as the New Earth will appear in Heaven (Rev 21:1). Certainly this Earth is not the fulfillment of the OT prophecies of what the rule of Christ will be like. That is because this Earth is not where those prophecies will be fulfilled.

Jesus' rule will not be here on this Earth. "But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be discovered. 11 Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, ..."
The "heavens" mentioned here are the first and second "heavens" (the atmosphere of Earth (the first heaven) and space where the stars are (the second heaven). The third Heaven is where God lives). There will be nothing left of this reality (any of the physical universe) when Jesus comes again. Will it still be here long enough for Jesus to wage war on the armies of the nations? Probably. We know that He will come and remove all the righteous dead, and then all the righteous living will meet Him in the clouds (1 Thes 4:16-17). There won't be a righteous person left on Earth. And they won't return to the Earth. Then the nations will come against Him with the Beast and Satan, and the Beast and all the nations will be defeated. Satan also will be bound and locked away (Rev 20:1). Then come the thousand years. This will be in Heaven, not on this Earth (there won't be an Earth left). The thousand years is a wedding celebration of Jesus and the Church. And it occurs where Jesus lives (at the place He has gone to prepare for us (His bride))(John 14:3).

No. Baptism is a response to salvation, not a means of salvation. We need to be baptized to be obedient, but not to be saved.

After the thousand year wedding celebration, Satan will be released from the pit (which is not Hell) for a short time, and the evil dead will be resurrected (the second resurrection). Then Satan will again lead the evil people in rebellion against God. This will be his last attempt, because he, and all of the evil people, demons, devils, beasts, etc., will be cast into Hell for all eternity.

The Heaven the righteous will enjoy for the thousand years, and then after Judgement in the New heavens and New Earth, will be perfect, sinless, beautiful, tear-less, deathless, etc. We will not be like we are now, but will be changed (1 Cor 15:35-38, 42-49).
