Noah is the MRCA (Most Recent) of everyone alive after that time, Adam is the common ancestor of everyone who ever lived.

People do not realize the Bible is a history book of the Hebrew people. Noah was the tenth and last of the pre-flood Patriarchs. Abraham was a descendant of Noah's son Shem. Most of what we read in the Bible are descendants of Abraham. Genesis 15:5 "Look at the sky and see if you can count the stars. That's how many descendants you will have." Abraham walked the land that was given to him and his descendants. The children of promise though Sarah and the children of the flesh through the Egyptian Hagar.

Hagar ran away but God told her to go back. Most of Abrahams descendants are Arab or Muslim. The "Jewish" people are considered the least of people and the smallest of nations. Deuteronomy 7 7 "The LORD did not set his affection on you and choose you because you were more numerous than other peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples."

Science tells us we are star stuff or star dust. So it is interesting that God told Abraham look at the sky.

Genesis 2:7 "And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." Elements are made in stars but we find them in the dust of the earth today.

Dinosaurs are found in flood deposits. They did die in a flood at the time of Pangea. We know from ice core samples that the sky was very different. It was a lot more humid and pink in color compared to the sky today. The modern word is Paradigm. There is a GAP of time between Noah's flood and the flood that destroyed Pangea and the dinosaurs. They began to consume each other and that is a warning for us today: Galatians 5:15 "If you bite and devour each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other"

The sixth day covers the last 250 million years. So Dinosaurs were here on the sixth day. But there was a transition from reptiles to primates and mammals. Dinosaurs laid eggs that they can still find today. Mammals means to to produce milk so that makes them different from reptiles and birds.

whats amazing is their were probably dino's on the ark. We see them in Job and another OT passage.

I used to believe int he Gap theory. about 10 years ago I started to study after I went to a creation museum. and have thoroughly repented of that teaching which I had kept dear to my heart for over 30 years

Like I said,

I used to believe that, I no longer believe the science which tries to show it. or what it says.

I believe all of science concerning the earth can be answered if we take it from the view of a catastrophic flood which destroyed the earth as we know it 4000 years ago.

All of that science assumes all things are the same today as it was 6000 years ago. If it is not, then the science is at best a guess of what may have been. not what really happened.

Everyone believes the earth was destroyed with a catastrophic flood. The question is when? You say 4,000 years ago, science says 200 million years ago. That is why I hold onto the GAP theory because there is a big GAP between your date and their date. So one must be a type of the other. The Bible talks about shadows and types. Colossians 2:17 "These are a shadow of the things to come, but the body that casts it belongs to Christ." Soon the earth is to be cleansed with fire. You may see this in your life. The Bible says as it was in the days of Noah.

I do believe in Noah's flood 4,300 years ago. Only you want to add things to the Bible that is not there. WE can read in the Bible all the plants and animals that were on Noah's Ark. Alligators, Turtles, Kangaroo and many, many others were not on his ark and they are no where to be found in the Bible. Have you studied your Bible to read about the plants and animals we find in the middle east. In the land given to Abraham and his descendants? Abraham was given the Arab continental plate 1500 by 1500 by 1500 miles. This well be the new Jerusalem. The capital of the world. I could go on about that. Bible Adam was given the Garden in Eden to tend. In Genesis chapter one they were given the entire world. Dominion, authority and control.

John 21 25 says every book in the world would not be enough for all that Jesus has done. "If they were all written in books, I don't suppose there would be room enough in the whole world for all the books. " I could write many many book that talk about what we read in our Bible when we look at the science and what God has given us in the way of evidence.

Other than Kangaroo's there is also the issue of the ice age. In fact we still have the ice core samples from almost the last million years. The ice is still melting today and the city of Miami just changed their building code so that they have to build above sea level. Of course if you do not plan to buy any swamp land in Flordia this may not concern you. But it concerns the people who do live in flordia and where they can build their house. This is something Jesus did talk about is the foundation of your house.

You can ignore the bible and science if you want. But if your house is flooded or you are burned out and the insurance will not pay then you may wish you had listened to Science so that you do not end up homeless without a house.

You believe there are no contradictions in the Bible. Yet your interpretation of the Bible creates many contradictions. I have no contradictions. NOT in the Bible and no contradictions between our science book and the Bible. Our High School Biology books has a lot of lot of stuff that we read about in our Bible. But to many people wanna read the chapter on sex and let it go at that.

Which brings up the subject of Adam and Eve and why did God make them Male and Female, Man and Women? Why because this is a type of Jesus and HIs bride the church everyone knows that. We all know why from our Bible and Science tells us how God does what He did.

At what point did God pick out a male (Neanderthal? Homo Erectus? Home Sapiens?) and say "Hi! You're Adam!"

Then He created woman. She wanted conversation, a nurturing environment and romance.

Um. Nowhere does it state sex is happening. Algae isn't an animal. It's not sexual. It just reproduces Many small algae reproduce asexually by ordinary cell division or by fragmentation.

AT no time does the Bible state algae was having sex. Nor does science. Sex is not efficient in nonintelligent life forms who just keep dividing.

We are talking about Theistic Evolution. That is what TE means under my name. I can give you YEC, OEC, GAP, TE. Just tell me which one you want to talk about. I am going to assume you are asking me a question about TE.

If you just want to talk about the Bible ok. God made them male and female because this is a type of Jesus and His church or the bride. Everyone knows that. But this tells us WHY. This does not tell us HOW God made them male and female. WE go to science for that.
