Before Adam sinned, his will was an expression of who he was. It was natural. After however, he became conflicted in himself (as we are, -constantly deliberating between good and evil).

This is similar to my interpretation, although I would probably add that the world appears to me to be disordered through corrupted moral reasoning.

What's further, if you were God, and your creations were so corrupted that they were at enmity with you, accusing you unjustly of evils, you could not be unified with them, and you would probably not want to stick around.

What's further, if you were God, and your creations were so corrupted that they were at enmity with you, accusing you unjustly of evils, you could not be unified with them, and you would probably not want to stick around.

Well, God is a hidden God.

Yes, He is revealed in Christ, the door and way to the Father, which implies one has to enter through Him to meet the Father. If we have anything to thank St. Dismas for, it's the revelation of his attitude as compared to the others.

This world is made in a state of constant reproduction, life and death, life and death, cyclic, where everything is food for something else. It thrives on death. We weren't originally from this world but were cast out of the Garden and into it. Had we not been, what was the original purpose of this world we are now part of?

Is there any truth in the old Hebrew concept that this world was the creation of a rebellious angel who still rules it, and once we also rebelled, it became the perfect fit for all of us?

From our point of view, the original purpose is still to come. We were made by God, for God. We are not even complete without God.

The original state, innocence with ignorance, was not the original purpose. The fall was not unplanned. The innocence and ignorance gone, we (the born again) are redeemed by Christ, once again innocent, but with the wisdom of God; when we see him as he is, not as intelligent animals, but as the very Children of God, the very Dwelling Place of God. THAT is the original purpose. To be one with him in a way Adam and Eve were not, in the garden.

This world was made for that plan. In that sense this world (and time itself) was made for us. We are not merely incidental, as though some larger warfare between Lucifer and God was what we happened upon. Can you imagine God thinking, "Oh Good! Now these guys can help me overcome!"?
