Dispenser of Grace!

I've heard and read many times that grace is dispensed through Mary.
Maybe I am being naive but wouldn't that require her being omnipotent and omniscient?

What kind of grace?

Is it what you call sanctifying grace?

or Actual grace?

Can someone sight an example of Mary dispensing grace on them?
