Maybe some of you can answer a question of mine.
Why is the word "cattle" in the KJV...seems "iivestock"
was used in some others. Does beast then -mean only
a wild beast?

ex. Genesis 9:10.....Genesis 7:21
Genesis 8:1 -/ all the cattle

If Noah was not yet eating animals - before the flood, then why was there
livestock? milk? beasts of burden?

He milked the cattle and sheared the sheep. Surely the Fundies don't forbid that use of the creatures.

Here is another question I have had.
Have you seen Mount Ararat? It is up very high? How
did the animals all get safely down the mount after the flood?
In stories seems sometimes, or movies they show the ark on the shore and out go the animals. But that is not how it ended.

The Bible says the Ark went to ground "on the mountains of Ararat." Ararat at the time was a hilly region comprising a portion of northwestern Iran and the adjacent of Armenia. The mountain we know as Ararat was not so named until about the 5th century AD.

No one has found the Ark. That much dressed timber in a land ravaged by flood? It wouldn't have lasted a year.

Kind: a species of animal. 2 dogs. 2 cats. 2 birds. Obviously these kinds would not have looked like the animals we have today, and most definitely would've been less of a variety being so close to creation. So thinking critically here, it is not hard to realize that there is more species nowadays than there was back then.

So, God is forgetful? If he weren't God himself, it might be understandable
seeing he's been around literally forever.

The geologic column is a classification of layers of rocks and sediments that have accumulated over time as a chronology of specific events. Your denial of its existence probably comes from a claim by Henry Morris back in the 1980's. I think Morris' point was that there is no "complete" column anywhere on earth.

Actually, if this earth were billions of years old, I wouldn't expect
to see the complete column anywhere. Catastrophism would not
let layers last that long and without the catastrophes, they would
build up too much.

Speaking of catastrophes, what is the current explanation for the
lack of sediment around every continent and the newness of the
sea floors, especially the Atlantic Ocean?

They made animal sacrifices to God, even back to Abel.
That means God taught Adam what was clean, who then
taught his sons, etc. Noah's son Shem did the same after
the ark, for generations of his descendants.

And beast most likely did mean wild or undomesticated.

Wood covered by pitch and well seasoned, on the side of a mountain.
If it were too high for people to scavenge, it could well have lasted
long enough to petrify and be around to this day.
