Well, here is a page listing quite a few things to look at on different subjects:
Creation answers (frequently asked questions)
Q&A - creation.com

More to the point on dinosaurs and man:
Is there evidence that humans and dinosaurs coexisted in the recent past?
This is a subheading under this link:
Dinosaur Questions and Answers - creation.com

Can you give us a scientific source? Like a study in a peer-reviewed journal perhaps? A site called creation.com might not be the best source for scientific studies.

Neither match? Not exactly but the stegosaurus is closer maybe?

  • The animal depicted has a large head. It's much more of a rhino or boar head than anything a mildly talented artists would mistake as the stegosaur's tiny head.

  • The other similar carvings have plenty going on in the background. The spines could just as easily be leaves. Well not just as easily- a lot more easily.

  • This temple in particular, Ta Prohm, has seen plenty of use by movie crews, and they have been known to alter the temple in unsavory ways against their contract.

  • In the end, it's just one image. Archaeologists never make any conclusions from single pieces of evidence, particularly when it's a conclusion as denied by every other data as this one.

It's not a stegosaurus. The head shape is completely wrong for it to be stegosaurus, it lacks the spikes on the tail for it to be a stegosaurus and if you look at this image below:
stegosaurus.jpg

You'll actually see that the creature has what looks very suspiciously like armour plating on it's neck which the stegosaurus does not.

I agree to some degree but you are also making some assumptions.

Well it looks more like a dinosaur of some sort than a Rhino. Perhaps we just haven't found that kind of Dino yet?

... Sorry, but that's just a stupid assumption for you to make. That's like a child saying that he's seen a unicorn and when you press him to show it you, he goes "Oh, he only comes out when I'm alone".

There are also cave-paintings that resemble aliens. Based on your reasoning we must accept that they actually saw aliens.

There are tons of carvings and paintings where all sorts of mystical creatures are depicted. That's why these kind of things are not reliable, especially when all the evidence contradict the carvings.

THIS is a Sumatran Rhino"

This is a slightly different angle of the claimed Stegosaurus carving showing the details f the head:

P1030144.jpg

Given the horns and lack of tail spikes. It looks pretty similar to me.

ETA: It has been pointed out that I confused ears for horns on both the above picture and the carving. My bad.

And as to the "plates" running down the back, here's another carving on the same temple with similar "plates" around the head.

What animal is that exactly?

Nope the head and tail are both wrong if it is supposed to be a Stegosaurus. If it is a Sumatran Rhino, only the claimed "plates" are wrong.

So based on major features alone, the Sumatran Rhino is a closer fit; one major difference vs. two.

The elephant (or stegosaurus, if you like) in the room is the gratuitous assumption that the ancients could only know of dinosaurs if they encountered them as living creatures, rather than through fossils as we do. In fact, such fossils have been collected and speculated about for millennia.

Well, to be fair, the ancient myth about cyclops' did come from the discovery of the fossilized skulls of elephants.

Well I actually believe so called aliens have been 'visiting' Earth for hundreds of years, although they are not aliens but are fallen angels and demons pretending to be aliens:

And I also understand that in classical Greece rich gentlemen liked to collect fossils and assemble them in various ways--to which hobby we may owe the legendary Gryphon.

Similar concept to the dragon really.
