It comes in handy when they bring up the imaginary Po past, and it's silly gloom and doom they love to preach.

Ah, so you (or rather, the Creationist character you're parodying) make this stuff up to feel better. Facts are irrelevent.

Trumping your outdated PO fantasies is not something you like done, I know. But you are powerless to do anything about it! You are no match for someone with two legs to stand on.

Why stand, dad? Why not fly in on your magical flying sapphire throne?

Let's see, poster named Poe, so called law called Poe's law, coincidence?

Do the math.

There are higher truths than your morbid imagination, and higher laws than the ones you make up, believe it or not.

Unfortunately for you, the laws you make up don't qualify.

Just as there is a higher existance than the PO. WE will not be held hostage by your PO law any more!

Will YOU at least agree to be held hostage by strong medication? ^_^

Ok, joke's over, dad. You can pack it in now.

What makes you think that Dino's weren't in the ark? The Bible never said the animals that were taken were full-grown animals, and it is easy for an animal to become extinct.
That is what I have always assumed. I would have assumed either some eggs or little dinos were on board. If need be, I could have argued the position fairly well, as well. For example if we look at the other ark, the ark of the covenant, we see there were some things in there. like Aaron's rod. Yet the ark was little, just what was it, three feet long or something? How could a grown man's staff be in there? I guess we could say it was a shrimpy little thing, maybe. On the other hand this was a spiritual little box with amazing powers, and maybe betond space and time itsef inside. This means that basically anything may have been able to fit in there?! All we do is apply that to the other ark, and bring on the dinos!!!
But my present tact is that the past itself was very different, merged with the spiritual. This allows for very fast layers being formed, what, with trees that grow in three days, and all. So I can put the flood anywhere, or almost nowhere, in the fossil record, like way up near the top if I like. This means that all those dinos may have been pre flood, why squish em in the ark for nothing?

But wasn't the point to keep the animals from going extinct? Now explain why it is that all the Permian, Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous Animals became extinct? Why is there a correlation between the sedimentary layers animals were buried in by the flood and the probability that they became extinct after they came off the ark? Consider mammalian genera. Here is table from Glenn Morton
http://home.entouch.net/dmd/fish.htm

Triassic there are 4 genera--no living members
Jurassic 43 genera-no living members
Cretaceous 36 genera-no living members
Paleocene 213 genera-no living members
Eocene 569 genera-3 extant genera
Oligocene 494 genera 11 extant genera
Miocene 749 genera 57 extant genera
Pliocene 762 genera 133 extant genera
Pleistocene 830 genera 417 extant genera
youngest

Why did all the dinosaurs and all the Permian animals become extinct and all the "early" mammals become extinct? Why is there such a good correlation between where animals got buried by this supposed global flood and whether or not they became extinct after the flood?

Ok. Poe's law = poster Poe's invention.

The law that says a new heavens is coming does. Put that in your pipe, and smoke it.

Will YOU at least agree to be held hostage by strong medication?
No, I will not accept your offer of partaking in drugs. There is another way.

Ok, joke's over, dad. You can pack it in now.
I'm packing, and old age whacking, despite your flacking, and horrible lacking, and evo quacking.

Hey dad, what do you think of the possibility of Noah and his son's flying pterosaurs (the winged flying dinosaurs), wouldn't that help to explain some things?
Why not? The natives have a legend about a thunderbird that sounds a lot like one of those, no?

I don't have my own wheels yet. Of course God does, as we see in Eze 1. Maybe one day we will be able to certainly have a nice ride in a ufo, if not have one of our own. Why not?

Maybe I should go easy on you guys, as a little too much spiritual reality, and you get stranged out. But, hey, thats the price you pay, and the hazards of hanging out in a christian forum!

dudes, the ark is just a story based on the flooding of the black see.

No, you were misinformed, that may be one pitiful faithless attempted explanation, but the flood killed all in the world, (except 8) and covered all.
evidence enough 4 that, (believed to be in 10000 BC) and the dino's died in 65 millioen yrs BC so, dinos in the ark, please,
No, your dates are wrong, we lived with dinosaurs thousands of years ago. Since the world was very different then, and had no decay, yours has been a common misconception.

Or you can put in on the bottom, or under the Dancing Island of Greenland, or under your butt, or...... (etc) and you will still be correct! Wow, this is much more fun than that old-fashioned, out-of-date, in-the-box science stuff! :p

There is always hyper evolution, which could be a factor, but maybe not, depends if there is a history of marsupials pre flood in the same area.
You still haven't explained to us how this "hyper-evolution" of yours actually works. In another thread you went off on a tangent about a lack of radiation and really old age, but none of that explained this "hyper-evolution" stuff of yours.
