Let's define terms...

Books of the 'Broader Deuterocanon'
(Books which have had limited acceptance, only being accepted in one or more branch of Orthodoxy)

The Ascension of Isaiah
The Rest of the Words of Baruch
The Apocalypse of Baruch

Other Books under consideration along with these groups
(Books with limited acceptance in historic times, only being accepted in historical times by a certain Orthodox group)

The Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs
Joseph and Asenath
The Lives of the Prophets

I was not aware that anyone ever included the texts I've bolded in their canons, even as appendices.
The first two are Ethiopian, the 3rd is Syrian, the last 3 can be found in ancient copies of Bibles in the Armenian Orthodox tradition.

Have we agreed that for the purposes of this forum the deuterocanon is in fact canonical even if it is excluded from some group's list of approved books?

I would like to think so, of course I expect this to get a negative response.

Agreed. The difference between the books is the extent of acceptance any given book has/had among Christians who's convictions were otherwise (small 'o') orthodox.
